My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were perfect, nicely designed, with nice pillows and towels. The shower and toilet were definitely up to par and the overall cleanliness was impressive. However, being right outside the heat/air units was a minor inconvenience.

The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were very rude to us and gave us a room with a small bed, others, like the parking attendant, were helpful and friendly. Room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services were all efficiently handled by the staff.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with nice amenities and a comfortable bed, especially the pillows. The AC/heat worked well, and the room was not overly noisy, except for some minor disturbance from suitcases arriving at all hours near the pool. The room had a nice design, was clean, fresh, and had comfortable bedding.
